Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a home collection, contact our care team as early as possible at 7978-35-35-35. A collection request that has not yet been completed can normally be reviewed for cancellation or rescheduling.
After sample collection or testing has started
Once sample collection, processing or testing has begun, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the service already performed and the circumstances of the request.
Payment or duplicate-charge issues
If you believe a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly or relates to a service that could not be provided, contact our care team with the payment reference and booking/patient details. Curewell will review the transaction before confirming any refund.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, the method and processing time may depend on the original payment channel and banking/payment-provider timelines.
